This Home Equity Loan site was another one created sometime around the beginning of 2006.  And like the Nursery Rhymes site - it was also done in one day.

The best thing about this site are the calculators.

This was the first site I tried that was related to business and up to this point, it's the biggest stinker I have in terms of traffic.

I'm not really sure how to drive traffic to a business site and I really haven't tried very hard either.  This site has brought in only $100 this year but it's just enough to cover the cost of running it - so I decided not to shut it down.
